Actually, nights and weekends are a great time to reach out! That’s when most buyers have time to look at listings, schedule showings, and discuss their home search. My phone is always open—just know that after 8 PM, it’s on Do Not Disturb. If you send a late-night text about a house, I’ll get back to you first thing in the morning.
