Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate - Dream Partners is led by husband and wife duo, Kevin and Renee Clark, who operate as the firm’s primary broker and as the head of marketing and operations, respectively.

Kevin comes from a background in sales and education, before spending the next 15 years working as a high school mathematics teacher. Although Kevin was passionate about the time he spent with his students, he was eventually drawn back to the business world in 2015 when he decided to put his leadership and education skills to use in real estate. Since then, he's brokered over 500 transactions.

Renee’s early career started in healthcare after graduating college with a Bachelor of Science and a master’s degree in nursing. She spent her post-graduate years working in direct patient care in Fort Atkinson, WI., as well as teaching in the nursing program at Madison College. Her ability to bring out the best in her students and peers eventually led her to earn a Vice President role in hospital administration. Despite her quick success in healthcare, Renee still had a desire to work alongside her husband, which eventually drove her to join Kevin in real estate in 2017. Renee quickly carved out her own niche in her new field of work, earning a certificate in home staging and redesign, as well as immersing herself in strategy, marketing, and operations.

In December 2021, Kevin and Renee purchased a building in Janesville, WI now known as The MDR House. Through MDR Design Co. they offer staging services and interior design services. This led to the purchase of the Budget Blinds of Janesville franchise on March 1, 2022. With three companies under one ownership, they united their services to create a seamless 'All Things Home' experience for Southern Wisconsin, offering real estate, design, staging, and custom window treatments all under one roof.

Together, Kevin and Renee guide their team based on their “DREAM” mantra, which emphasizes dedication to service, respect and integrity, empowerment and growth, adaptability and innovation, and mission-driven impact. The Clarks identified these pillars as a way to guide all of their company’s efforts toward building meaningful relationships, improving the financial health of their clients and employees, and helping others achieve their dreams. Kevin and Renee are fully committed to the idea of “people over profit,” and they do everything in their power to uplift their local communities, as seen in their television show, “The American Dream, Southern Wisconsin.”
